The whole experience was superb, from the greeting on the door by the porter, and friendly staff who explained everything very well . The operation is very quick and painless. Have had both eyes done now and waiting time is also very quick.

The service I received from both reception and medical staff was excellent. The facility was very clean and welcoming. My procedure was explained to me in detain and my post op care was excellent. I was shown every consideration during my visit. I would strongly recommend Spa medica to any of my family and friends that required a similar procedure.

I had my first cataract op on 20th April and the 2nd operation on 6th June 2023. On both occasions I have nothing but praise for the entire team and facility. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease, with clear instructions as soon as I entered the door. Reception and the nurses are all friendly and the surgeons were both great. So good to have been able to have this done with no waiting list. No problems at all just the benefit of far better eyesight. Thank you. Well done to all the team.

My experience at SpaMedica Coventry was seamless throughout. I was made very welcome and at no point did I become anxious about my cataract surgery. All of the staff were kind and thoughtful and ensured that I understood every aspect of my impending surgery and the aftercare required once the procedure had taken place. I thoroughly recommend SpaMedica to anyone requiring eye surgery.

I had both eyes operated on for cataracts, the first operation on 16 January and the second on 2 March 2023. The post operative assessment appointments were 16 February and the 3 March 2023. All the staff were very friendly, courteous and efficient. The operations were painless and very successful . The post operation assessments were thorough and reassuring. The premises are modern, clean, easy to get to and have their own parking. The time from referral by my opticians to the first appointment was very short as was the times to the actual first and subsequent operation. Overall very highly recomended

Having had cataracts removed on both eyes, every member of staff assists in making the process as comfortable as it can be. The clinic is spotless, the staff are friendly and professional and the coffee is excellent!
