The waiting time from referral to assessment to the operation was surprisingly short. The time within the clinic was managed efficiently with minimum waits. Every step was explained by friendly and helpful staff to make me feel at ease.

I have recently had two cataract removals at this facility and recommend this clinic for their level of service and expertise, ease at putting the patient at ease, the very pleasant areas in the clinic and the wonderful staff who put you at ease from the minute you enter the building. I was very nervous before my first cataract removal but found the whole experience to be much better due to the calming influence of all of the staff in each department. I was so pleased with my first result I did not hesitate to re-book for my second procedure and the different to my vision has been nothing short of amazing. My vision is now so much clearer and sharper and I no longer need to wear contact lenses or glasses. I am so pleased and congratulate all the wonderful medical team on their medical skills. Well done Team Spa Medica. Thank you.

It was. 5 weeks from the day my optician referred me to the date of my surgery, you can't get better than that! I was treated with respect throughout, was given very clear information and all my questions were clearly answered. My surgery was carried out calmly and efficiently and my concerns were dealt with sensitively. I have no qualms about recommending SpaMedica for cataract surgery. A big thank you for the excellent service I received.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. You are put at ease everything is explained thoroughly and the procedure doesn't take long at all. My sight has improved greatly, everything is so crisp and clear, can't thank them enough.

The assessment Wass a bit long winded there were too many people. I was there longer than I expected. The operation day was much better, I was there the expected length. The surgeon was very good and introduced himself. After surgery care was fine, the nurse explained clearly what to expect and what to to. By the following day the paln and grittiness had gone.
