All aspects of my cataract procedure were undertaken with great care, consideration and very professional. This covers the pre-assessment, post-operation and telephone support as well as the operation itself. Thanks for being so patient. My vision has improved immensely as a result. Thanks to all staff in Coventry and Bolton.

Everyone at SpaMedica are so kind & helpful. Excellent from start to finish having had both my cataracts removed in 7weeks. I would highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much to all the staff for your kindness

I was greeted promptly by friendly staff and passed to different rooms smoothly with everything being explained. I was very nervous about the procedure, but the staff put me at ease with their kindness. The procedure was carried out by friendly staff who explained the procedure and I was then discharged. Well done. A great team.

From going for my initial appointment before procedure we was greeted at the door by a lovely man my wife was offered a hot drink, reception staff were so friendly , professional,and welcoming . Day of procedure was so so efficient , environment so clean and tidy,,staff very polite ,,explaining everything they was doing . I will definitely be recommending spa medico what can I say Fabulous team here .working above and beyond 5 star service .

My mum has just had her second eye surgery and was not worried at all after her first eye was done. It has all happened in six weeks to get both done, absolutly brilliant service. Thankyou to everyone, it has made such a difference to her life

Excellent Service from being referred to completion of procedure. Service from staff from reception to medical could not be better. Had eye tested on 06 December. First assessment on 17 December.Procedure completed 27 December. What more could you ask for. Post procedure instructions given in a concise easy to understand way.

From first entering the practice the welcoming person was most helpful and help you to the correct reception desk. From there the journey to the surgery was well organised and caring by all the nurses. After care was great with a cup of coffee and biscuit while waiting for my transport home.

I found all the staff from receptionists, nurses, optometrists and surgeons extremely efficient and friendly and always putting you at ease. Everything was explained at each stage.

I'm entering the doors I was met by a lovely man who checked me in and also lovely young lady on reception very clean tidy great coffee provided by the lovely man at the door every step of the way I was greeted by lovely friendly staff everything went well great care given to me thank you all so much.
