I attended with my mother for her first cataract surgery. She was nervous and apprehensive as she isn’t fond of eyes, but all of the staff we spoke with made her feel at ease. The whole process was relaxed, welcoming and professionally executed.

both pre-op and surgery were carried out efficiently and in a friendly manner by every memder of staff from the initial greeting and registration through to the operation and discharge

3 hours to carry out lens measurement seems very slow and 2 hours to carry out post operative check also excessively long time

I had YAG surgery on my right eye and I must admit I was very anxious about having it. However, it really was a a very good experience. All the Spa Medica team at each part of the procedure were friendly, supportive and professional. Finally,I couldn't believe how fast and painless the YAG treatment was. I am very impressed!

Cataract to left eye on 19/12/2023, following Cataract to Right eye on 19th October. Everyone attentive and polite, with process completed swiftly. Premises clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent service with brilliant staff down from the receptionist, nurses who were kind and welcome to the security guard who helped me when I was waiting for a lift. The surgeon excellent explaining along the way what to expect . Well done

I had cataract surgery on 6/11/23 and 23/1/24 and both operations were painless and I was treated wonderfully. Everything was explained in great detail and the process itself took around 5 mins each time. The aftercare was great too infact nothing was too much trouble. My eyesight is so clear and bright now. Thank you to everyone at SpaMedica in Coventry.
