The whole process, from start to finish, was professional and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the surgeon who operated on my eye, given that it required complex surgery. Her skill and manner was appreciated.

I had a cataract operation this week and the staff, from reception to surgery (and everyone in between) made the experience as stress-free, caring and professional as possible for me. The surgery was a success and I can see again, for which I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

It’s been exactly two weeks since I had my cataract removed from my right eye. I am so impressed with your wonderful team, from my pre assessment, the op and now that everything is so clear looking through my ‘new eye’! Thank you!

Just had my right eye done on Monday 13 January from the reception staff to the surgeon everybody was very friendly professional and understanding. My operation was straight forward and went very quickly please can you thank all the staff. Reception staff arranged a taxi for me many thanks see you soon for my left eye kind regards Mike

I saw no sight of excellence from my right eye, due of course to - what the Consultant described as - a very large cataract. But from the beginning, my better left eye saw politeness, kindness, professionalism and, most importantly, best skill & care. My dull right eye is now clear and bright - almost like magic!

Clean nice friendly staff coffee, warm in side all punctual friendly environment. Easy to get to near stations and main road buses
