Staff very polite and helpful, facilities very clean, no waiting g time taken ded on time and only time waiting was for my eye with drop to take

I had a great experience with SpaMedica even if it was slightly more painful than the first eye. I had a great time with all the staff who can't do enough for you. Thoroughly recommended.

My cataract surgery on 3 December went very smoothly and the staff involved couldn't have been more helpful or professional. The surgeon went out of his way to explain the procedure beforehand and did everything possible to put my mind at rest.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. From first contact, within a few days of seeing my optician, to completion of surgery, every step was well organised and professional. All this plus very helpful and pleasant staff, from the greeting at the door to the surgery itself. Also, all this in a very pleasant environment including tea and coffee. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a wonderful service I’ve had this morning for my cataract operation. Friendly faces, kind and brilliant medical treatment. I highly recommend this procedure at Epsom

Everyone was so professional, patient and caring. I was surprised how quickly I was referred and how everyone on their team worked together so efficiently maintaining a clean and calming place to be. The proceedure seems to have been a complete success and I can get back to my cross stitch 🙂. Thank you so much to all at SpaMedica Epsom, to Specsavers for referring me and to the NHS for enabling this to happen.

From referral to surgery was less than three weeks. That is amazing. The staff are all very professional and kind. I felt at ease, even though I was very apprehensive. The surgery was quick and painless and my whole experience was just brilliant.

What a friendly and professional practice SpaMedica Epsom are. The care and attention I received at the clinic, before, during and after my cataract operation, was a credit to all the staff, from the warm welcome on my arrival and the brilliant surgeon and his team. Thank you all and do most certainly recommend your service.

My first NHS cataract surgery was in August, the second in October. I’ve just had my post-op all-clear. The service from Epsom was brilliant from beginning to end. From the doorman who brought us coffee and biscuits, to the cheerful lady who checked me in at Reception, the nursing and optometry staff and the surgeons - cannot recommend them all highly enough. Thank you so much to all at SpaMedica Epsom, to Specsavers for referring me and to the NHS for enabling this to happen.
