My grandfather came into have his cataracts replaced, he found the care impeccable and was so happy with how they treated him, said the hygiene there was great and just brilliant service overall. Thankyou for looking after him so well!

This is a wonderful place from the reception through to the surgeon, everyone is friendly helpful and always asking if you are okay and is there anything they can do for you. The operation was good and telling you what is happening all the time and putting you at ease.

I was very nervous on arrival but staff were welcoming! Everything was done in a caring & professional way and I was supported from beginning to end!

From the moment I was greeted at the front door to when I was escorted back to meet my ride home, I was impressed with the care and attention given to me. The greeter was friendly and kind (checking back at several times in the appointment to see if I needed a drink), front desk staff helpful and polite and the nurses/technicians/doctors/etc were amazingly efficient and professional. At every stage of the pre-assessment and on the day of my cataract operation, I was kept informed of what was happening and what came next. Every space was very clean. I was very, very impressed with how smooth and thorough the entire procedure went.

My experience was great very friendly stsff who told you their name and then explained what they were going to do.Place was extremly clean with a very calming atmosphere.Surgery was quick and painless.

The whole process was excellent from the travel arrangement, the welcome reception and the professional medical staff. Can not wait for the other eye to be done!

Just had my 1st cataract removed. Excellent service, lovely friendly people and environment. Couldn't expect any better care anywhere. Thank you Spamedica and thank you NHS.

On both visits to the SpaMedica facility, I found the staff helpful, professional & caring.What I liked in particular was the manager regularly walking around, stopping to speak with patients & staff, checking all was well. Very reassuring.
