From the very first arrival the staff are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgable and reassuring. The Dr was extremely attentive and understanding of my worries. The whole experience was truly outstanding. Would highly recommend this facility. While I am not looking forward to the next visit at least I know I am in good hands.

Friendly, caring and pleasant staff from initial reception to discharge. Very professional staff. Extremely peaceful and quiet clinic. Good at acknowledging my anxiety regarding the procedure and good at explaining and answering questions asked. Extremely well organised, Very good time keeping A little plus was the manager introducing himself to 3 of us waiting in pre-theatre room to check if we were satisfied with the process. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my two cataract operations. Thank you

I found that the staff were very friendly and all the staff were very good at ensuring that I was comfortable during the whole process. My surgery was completed without pain and information given at all times as needed. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I can't find any fault. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The whole procedure was explained in detail and any question I had was answered. Very supportive team.

My husband was anxious prior to his eye appointment. However, the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The team created an environment that is calm and relax. The ophthalmologist answered all the questions my husband asked. The nurses were all great. Special mention to the porter who greeted us on arrival, find time to talk to us and even offered us a hot drink while waiting. Great experience!

Unfortunately, my operation was cancelled due to surgeon unwell. Offered several options for following Saturday and said I would call back as I had to confirm a lift. Called back within 10 minutes and all the times were unavailable. Will try another hospital.

After seeing optician was referred for cataract surgery was seen within 10 days and operation date given on the day for 1 week I was informed at each step what was going to happen and had ample opportunity to ask questions The staff was very helpful and courteous and the surgeon was extremely nice

The treatment I received from this practice was absolutely top class from the moment I arrived to my departure could not in my view be better everyone I had to speak to treated me with 100% respect.
