Unfortunately, my operation was cancelled due to surgeon unwell. Offered several options for following Saturday and said I would call back as I had to confirm a lift. Called back within 10 minutes and all the times were unavailable. Will try another hospital.

After seeing optician was referred for cataract surgery was seen within 10 days and operation date given on the day for 1 week I was informed at each step what was going to happen and had ample opportunity to ask questions The staff was very helpful and courteous and the surgeon was extremely nice

The treatment I received from this practice was absolutely top class from the moment I arrived to my departure could not in my view be better everyone I had to speak to treated me with 100% respect. I was offered to go to SpaMedica by Vision Express. I was seen very quickly, the next week, and started my Surgery journey. The staff were amazing, very professional, and even though there was a lot of waiting around it didn’t matter as we were given free tea, coffee and biscuits. It ended in August and I don’t need glasses anymore. 10/10

Very satisfactory, from being greeted at the main door, personally being escorted to the correct department. All of the staff very friendly, and I was made to feel at ease.
