Wonderful, friendly and professional staff, from receptionists, nurses through to surgeons. Short waiting times especially if you can accept a cancellation at short notice. I had my second eye “ done” yesterday and it is already working well. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I have been very impressed with my treatment at SpaMedica Exeter. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly and thoroughly by the very friendly staff. The premises were clean and welcoming. The cataract operation was conducted seamlessly and I had no problems, it healed very quickly. I have no hesitation about returning there for a second cataract operation when my other eye is ready. Highly recommended.

SpaMedica gave me a confidence boosting day when I went for my cataract surgery. From the time I was collected to my return everything went like clockwork, Everyone new their job and made the experience amazing. I would like to mention the young lady who guided me through the procedure right up to surgery and to the next stage of my release, getting my eye drops and instructions. Altogether I am grateful to everyone who made my experience as good as it was.

From the first moment I walked into the Exeter SpaMedica I was treated with kindness and respect by all staff that I had contact with. Each step in the assessment process was explained to me clearly and patiently, at no time did I feel that I was wasting their time. I was then offered a surgery appointment, it was only 9 days away ( with an apology that it wasn't sooner)!!WOW! The surgery was carried out with calm kindness. The whole experience was very efficient and professional for which I am most grateful. Many Thanks...

Thank you for 3 cups of coffee,2 packets of Bourbon biscuits and even a new right eye included at no extra charge I dreaded having cataract surgery and almost look forward to having the other eye done. Very impressed.

Very impressed with the whole treatment. The staff were all very pleasant, from the reception staff to the medical staff. It was very efficient From beginning to the end. I was very impressed.

The whole experience was seamless, professional, fast, and competent. From the first phone contact after being refered to the service , right the way through to the pre-op assessment, the operation and the post procedure re-assessment. Filled me with confidence through out. Can not fault them!
