From start to finish this was both a professional and friendly medical experience. More importantly everything was explained fully, and the end result was outstanding, it's like seeing again for the 1st time. Finally a special thank you to all the staff especially the surgeon who was brought in from Sheffield, I can't thank him enough.

The actual procedure is fine. But the waiting time is too long. It is mostly older people waiting around on uncomfortable seats for too long, my Mam waited an hour just to be seen. Why book the appointments so early when the patient always has such a long wait. Then on the day of second procedure the surgeon was not even in the building yet and wouldn’t be until 10:00, when patients had been waiting since 08:00. Poor service when it comes to waiting.

From entering the clinic until leaving the care I received was excellent, starting from the check-in staff to the consultant that did my procedure everyone was very pleasant and helpful, the staff ensured that all my personal details were correct also a spotlessly clean clinic, I will now have no problem going for further treatment, thank you so much

From being greeted at the door the staff were so friendly and that helped me relax. Everything was explained so that I could understand and then I got a cancellation for the next day… the operation was smooth again the staff were fabulous Thank you all so much

Very good experience by all staff from security to surgeons everyone very courteous made me feel at ease explained the procedure in detail , beautiful clean and bright building, I have had both eyes done and would 100%recommend the clinic to anyone

After getting my left cataract done I only waited just over 4 weeks for right to be done. I am delighted with the results and all staff deserve a pat on the back for their professionalism and ability to put patients at their ease. I cannot recommend SpaMedica enough and feel very confident about doing so. Thank you so much for all your care and attention.

I was very nervous when I first went for assessment and again when I went for surgery but was soon put at ease. Don't know why I worried, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional from the greeting at the entrance right through to the discharge and follow up appointments. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

very poor experience. All was well until I got into the theatre. I tried to explain that I had hurt my back that morning and was in discomfort lying down. They simply were not interested and were rude and bullying and showed zero compassion. I was frightened by the hugely uncomfortable procedure and I felt I was treated like a customer at an Aldi check-out. It was clear to me they were under pressure to complete the process as quickly as possible and reacted badly to my situation.
