Directions, access and parking were excellent. All staff from reception at the door to the surgeon who performed the procedure were friendly, supportive and explained the process clearly. I felt confident all the way through. Te post operative treatment was clearly explained and I had no subsequent problems. Thank you all, SpaMedica

Each time i visited Spar medica really well. I was kept informed of each stage.The result was wonderful and all my questions were answered before I had time to ask them.Can t wait to get the other eye done. See you all then. James Finney

I cannot express how grateful I am to Spa Medica. Had my cataract surgery done 5 weeks ago and from start to finish an amazing, clean and friendly place. The difference in my sight is amazing. Heartfelt thanks goes out to all staff. Outstanding!!

Everything about this experience was top class, all the members of staff involved were both helpful and professional, the tests, checks and results were scrutinised and recorded and reported in great detail giving confidence that the outcome would be positive. For the most part appointments took place at the allotted time and feedback was first class. Lastly of course the actual procedure was carried out again, in a very professional manner, with everything being clearly explained at all stages and the surgeon, theatre staff, admitting nurse and discharge nurse all excelling in their roles.

Had to be assessed here for cataract surgery a few weeks ago ,the staff then were fantastic have been back today for surgery and once again everything thing was once again first class

staff very pleasant and friendly, explained everything about surgery, made you feel at ease. you were offered a cup of coffee or tea when you arrived, standard of interior excellent, first class treatment all around.

I found the hospital was immaculate, the staff was ever so friendly and the fact they supplied transoort was a bonus as without it I could not attend as I live approximaely 70 miles from the hospital. The driver was also very polite and helpful.

Staff were pleasant and very helpful. I was reassured by their attitudes. The actual procedure didn't take too long, though it seemed a long time!! This was my 2nd cataract surgery, and it all went very well. Thanks to all of the staff, including the receptionists.
