The staff and the medical team were absolutely amazing. I was looked after from when I came in to the eye procedure was done to when I left .Also my granddaughter who took me was looed after and made feel at ease waiting for me. I would like to thank them all .

Recommend and advised I needed cataract surgery by my optician and filled in all the forms and had the examination/tests carried out at the cataract specialist and was informed on the day I did not need surgery!!!! Advised to review in 6 months time!!!! Surprised

From the moment you enter the building you are welcomed by all the staff, they made you feel at ease from beginning to end. Excellent and well done to you all.Treatment for my cataract was first class.

I’ve had both cataracts done at sparmedic Gateshead and both times I’ve received excellent treatment from each and everyone of your staff can’t fault them in anyway friendly polite professional explained everything what was going to happen in my procedure keep up the brilliant work yous are a credit to yourself and your work thank you very much

From start to finish the staff at spamedica were amazing, the whole procedure was efficient and painless, would not hesitate to go back for my other eye done and to definitely reccomend to others. Thank You.

As l don't like hospitals and am extremely clostraphobic both of these factors were taken into account when I mentioned this to the staff. Every member of staff was very friendly and competent in their own field. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. I was treat with the utmost respect and couldn't fault them in any way. Thank you to everyone. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of this hospital. It was immaculate. Thank you once again

Good staff and i felt relaxed and supported through out my treatment i was also kept well informed about what would be happening through out my treatment ..the procedure was really straight forward i was not in any kind of pain or discomfort.
