Even though there was a feeling of a production line in the number of people who were waiting for the surgery, the staff, from the first contact, were very caring and professional. The whole thing went very smoothly.

I can not praise this practice enough. From entering the building and being greeted by the door man who I never saw without a smile on his face. The staff were all friendly and very efficient from getting my eye photographed, to the eye surgeon. I was given a cup of tea as soon as I entered and was given another one after my eye op. I experienced no pain what so ever,before, during or after the surgery. I am really looking forward to getting my other eye done at the same clinic and have told all my relatives to have it done as soon as they can.

Very friendly staff and very efficient. My surgery was completed within 12 days of my GP referring me! Cannot fault anything! Well done SpaMedica.

I had my cataract removed here, the place was spotless I am very happy with my surgery,surgeon Nurses and staff were all lovely.

From entering the building everyone was spo friendly...hots drinks and biscuits offered throughout...the operation itself took no more than 15 minutes and explained throughout by the surgeon all theatre staff were lovely nothing at all to worry about...best thing I've done can't wait to get my other eye done to get a much better brighter sight back. Thanks Spamedica

I was surprised how quick the appointment came through. The initial assessment was very efficient and informative, the staff throughout were very efficient. On the day of the operation, again the staff were very good, the appointment was on time and I was supported throughout. The follow up appointment again was timely and professional. Overall I was impressed with the experience. However I am slightly disappointed as I was promised that my replacement lens would match my good eye. Unfortunately I was given a close focusing lens dispute my good eye being long focusing. This has resulted in me needing both normal glasses and reading glasses as each eye works differently.

Right from my pre med visit to completion of the surgery The staff and medical team were brilliant Always explaining what was happening and nothing was a bother Put you at ease with the procedure and the surgery was second to none And I’m sure that the aftercare service will be the same
