Positives: Staff in the reception area were welcoming and friendly. There was tea/coffee and water freely available. Booking in was easy and quick. Staff in the operating area were also very friendly and professional. Everywhere was very clean. Toilets easily available. The procedure was uncomfortable but the staff were always there to help. Negatives: parking is available but it's not easy to see which spaces shoukd be used by patients. The television is on all day in the reception area and Smooth Radio in the operating area which becomes very irritating after almost 2x hours of waiting! An estimate of when the procedure will take place would have been useful.

I can now see so clearly, with true colours, not the depressive sludge of years of cataracts, so uplifting. I was surprised how beautiful the inside of my eye is - effective anaesthetic and calm, trustworthy staff made that possible. I was reassured by their skill, practice, good planning and explanations, not forgetting tea and kindness: a week later I am actually looking forward to the next eye op!!!

I was very impressed with SpaMedica. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and offering drinks. The procedure was not painful and I was very happy with the surgeon who was gentle and very efficient.

I was required to be there for 8.10am. The process started exactly on time and was completed by 11.30. that included 1 hr. for dilation drops to take effect and 1/2 of post-op checks

Very friendly efficient staff, hot drinks and biscuits offered to me each time I attended and for my daughter who accompanied me. The whole clinic was spotlessly clean. Everything was well explained before and after treatment, eye drops dispensed with explanation and chart.

The surgery on my eye went very well. My eyesight in the left eye is so much better as the surgeon did a good job.

Wonderfully efficient, great staff, perfect treatment. Very convenient appointments, seen on time, every time. Easy parking. Everywhere in the premises was spotlessly clean.

This was my second cataract operation and, just as with the first one, it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The staff are all friendly and efficient and eased me through the process with no stress or worries. Offers of a hot drink and biscuits were frequent, everybody smiled and everything was relaxed and re-assuring. The operation itself was painless and didn't take long and I was furnished with all of the post-op information and medication that I needed.

I had a truly positive experience with the clinician. The staff was incredibly caring and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed.
