From the warm friendly greeting at the door ,to the competence and care of all in theatre I was made to feel relaxed. A great feat indeed for one as nervous as I. Spotlessly clean . Highly recommend to anyone requiring cataracts removed.

The not looking forward to this experience was personally a good one, highly professional and efficient. My cataract from start to finish was less than 2 hours. And very informative and pro6syaff. Many thanks.

From the greeting by the gentlemen on the entrance through the pre op and operation everyone was welcoming very professional and efficient. Just over a week after pre op I was given a surgery date and that took place with equally professional attention. I am very sensitive to pain my threshold is low and though I felt some pain during the operation which seemed to be very quick that pain was soon relieved and there was no after headache associated with my op meaning painkillers were and have not been required even now almost a week later. I do feel very sensitive still to the eye drops I have been prescribed and feel I may defer my second eye treatment for a short time. I also need diabetic retinopathy screening in a few weeks which also will influence this decision. However I cannot in any way fault the treatment I have already received. Thank you all at Spamedica.

I had my cataract surgery at Spa Medica Haydock. From being diagnosed to surgery took 12 days, would have only been 10 days but I couldn’t make the first date. The staff were so helpful and made you feel at ease straight From pre op to post op, the information was first class, nothing was too much trouble I’ve had both eyes down now with Spa Medica and have all the confidence that your experience will be as positive as mine was

I recently had cataract surgery at SpaMedica Haydock and was extremely impressed with the first class facilities and excellent patient experience. I was greeted warmly on arrival and escorted to the correct department where I was offered refreshments. The whole procedure was friendly and professional and I was kept informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of cataract surgery.

This clinic is fairly new. Easy to find with good parking. Staff very friendly and efficient. Waiting time for my treatment very short and treatment very good.

I felt a bit uneasy when I arrived as I had To go on my own, the gentleman on the door made me feel at ease straight away. The Dr and nurses were very approachable. The procedure seems to be over and done in ten minutes. They also looked after me after the procedure bring me tea and biscuits while I sat for an hour to see if I was ok. I would highly recommend spamedica to all of my friends and family.

From start to finish, all the staff were helpful, warm, assuring and very professional. From the lovely Gentlemen on the door. To the brilliant nursing staff. The staff put me at my ease. Would highly recommend.

I had my 1st cataract operation yesterday I would like to thank all the staff who look a after patients so well.I was immediately put at ease throughout and well cared for..the dedicated staff are a credit to the hospital.many thanks
