I had my second cataract operation on 17th January. It was very quick and the surgeon was extremely good. All the staff were very kind and friendly. In the days after, I have had no pain and my vision is excellent. I am very pleased with this result.

Everything about this practice is first class. The staff are professional but friendly, the facilities are excellent and the operation went smoothly. All aspects of the procedure were explained fully and post operative information was clear.

From reception to after surgery all staff were friendly, helpful and really caring. Could not fault anyone throughout process. Very well organised and efficient with no long waits.ver professional

I had my second eye done on the 4th of January ,having had my first one done about 5 weeks earlier. Both have been successful and can now see blue sky and green grass!! The staff were all excellent in all departments. They made me very relaxed and comfortable, even offering coffee and biscuits at various intervals, as well as to those that had taken me there and home after. The operation on both visits was painless. The premises are spotless with modern equipment used.

Had both cateracts removed within 6 weeks, brilliant service with very kind and helpful staff, made me feel very welcome. Definately recommend SpaMedica for this procedure.

I am really sorry to have to say this because, without it, my experience would have been wonderful. Before the operation, a man asked me if I was short or long sighted. I replied that I wasn't sure. I was terrified and I am easily confused. He abruptly said to me, "Well, you should know." I was not happy about that. After the operation my partner wanted to buy in some of the over the counter eye drops that you recommend in your post operative booklet , just in case. She went to the shops (many miles away) to get some and forgot the booklet. She rang SpaMedica and spoke to a male on the phone who point blank refused to help her. She got so wound up that she eventually said goodbye and ended the call. She is already suffering with shingles, which is stress related, and did not needed to be treated with a blank wall approach. These two people have really spoilt our experience. Otherwise your staff are sympathetic and caring. I now wish that we hadn't called for help. We certainly won't be calling again.

I went for assessment re cataract surgery and the great professional team at Leeds explained fully what to expect, I could question at every stage and left feeling confident and reassured. Went back for surgery the following week and now my sight has really improved. All of the staff were friendly and caring, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
