I am so grateful all that the staff at Spamedica Leicester did for me at a very stresful time. I was very nervous at the initial first meeting, but the staff were so caring and patient and put me at my ease from the word go. They had appointment slots before Christmas so I took advantage of that and on the day of the procedure I was even more nervous, but again the staff were excellent. I cannot fault the centre and have only excellent praise for the way it is run and for the caring staff it employs. The surgeon who performed the procedure was amazing and explained everything that was happening. The after care advice was well received when my wife arrived to take me home, she found me laughing and joking with the staff. I was the last but one patient out that day. Anyone thinking of having the procedure done here , need not worry at all, you'll be in good hands.

At both the initial assessment and the visit for the procedure to be carried out, the staff were extremely pleasant and reassuring. They clearly explained what was going to happen at each stage. Visits were managed quickly and efficiently in a caring manner

Very friendly staff and the treatment was very good, got appointment soon after my Optician referral. This was my second visit, first was for yag laser treatment,

Lovely staff, Appointment brought forward, very quick Laser treatment, offered tea or coffee & biscuits, you don't get that anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

Used this practice for both eyes and the service, staff were professional, staff were friendly and the surgery was successful on both ocassions

Had cataract op, first one, very pleased with the whole setup. Staff very friendly, told me what was going to happen etc., Opticians followed up about 4 days later, booking my post op eye test. Thanking them again, Keep up the good work.
