Had cataract on my right eye all the staff from reception to the doctor who preformed the procedure were amazing put me at ease. Informed me of what was to happen every step of the way cannot fault this practice

I gave a well deserved 5 star rating. The Liverpool clinic I attended was as you would expect, up to a high standard. The staff I spoke to on the phone regarding my appointments, as well as the staff I came into contact with at the clinic, from the original assessment appointment to the days of the actual surgeries, were all pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their work. I would have no doubts about recommending SpaMedica to anyone asking about their service, from the original referral from my optician to the second surgery, it only took a matter of weeks.

I was really nervous about the procedure but I needn't have been. Everyone made me feel better about it. I can't thank them enough for looking after me the way they did. Thank you everyone so much

From my first Optician appointment, It was only a week and I got my first appointment at SpaMedica Liverpool: The Reception staff were smart and attentive, there was no messing around, the forms were filled out quickly and without fuss, waiting area was clean, tidy and comfortable, I had a coffee and a biscuit to calm my nerves 😳 Then it was testing time, again staff were very professional and kind, there was no rushing but everything is done to military precision, they have a job to do and its done very efficiently. The waiting areas are also very clean and tidy, there is no clutter and the staff passing through are very friendly also. I then seen a lady who is simply brilliant at her job, she got every bit of my medical history out of me without taking me all around the houses and told me about the procedure and what to expect without scaring the life out of me! Lastly was one more test, which was also painless and quick, every effort was made to make it quick and easy! Back to reception for my date, wow they could do me within the same week! Day of surgery, reception was more busy and I thought, am gonna be waiting ages but no again the military precision was spot on, I was called in and taken into a waiting area with comfy chairs, ready for my turn! Straight in, met the surgeon and was taken into theatre, I was told to lie on the bed, get comfy and relax! 10 minutes later it was done and I was getting back up off the bed! I was given a take home bag with everything I needed to help the surgery be a success, staff was kind, helpful and very supportive with my discharge! I cannot wait to have my 2nd eye done now, the difference is amazing, I had forgot how bright colours are! I would highly recommend Spamedica Liverpool to anyone who needs this procedure, they are simply the best and I would like to thank them for looking after me and my poorly eyes 😍

I am so grateful for the first class service I received from start to finish, couldn’t fault anything at all, lovely attentive staff, one cataract done and one to go 🤗 just perfect, no pain at all such an amazing experience to give me clearer vision, thank you so much Spa-Medica 🙌🏻

All the staff are lovely, professional and friendly here. The whole procedure was explained to me throughout my time there and I was given the chance to ask any questions I had. I needed a form filling in for insurance and the consultant and receptionist did this without hesitation, very helpful. The waiting time between optician referral and having the cataract done was so quick as well.

Just had a cataract procedure in my right eye, the whole attention in the clinic was 5 star from beginning to end. The staff are very professional and friendly.

I had my 1st careract op in November 24 and my 2nd operation on 31st January 25. From the moment I walked in to the clinic everybody made me feel so relaxed. From the man on the door all the way through to the surgeon himself. Thank you all so much you were all so professional 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
