Very friendly staff and very professional. I was very nervous when I got there but I did n't need to be. A relaxing atmosphere.

Hi,I would to thank SpaMedica for my recent visit.from reception right through to surgery everybody was so nice,polite and professional,while waiting to be assessed you can help yourself to refreshments tea/coffee/even a biscuit,surgery quick and painless it has to be a 10/10 for me can't thank them enough

Attended for cataract surgery, whole experience much less stressful than I’d expected mainly due to the brilliant staff. Everyone, from the people greeting me when I arrived and receptionists (in person and by phone) to pre-assessment and surgery clinical teams, was friendly, helpful, informative and put me at my ease. Verbal and written information provided is really helpful and I have follow-up contacts if I need them. Felt very ‘cared for’, many thanks to all.

From the opticians to the operation … Everyone was 1st class, no problems, they were professional and courteous looked after everything for you, explained what was going to happen at each stage …. ask as many questions as you like. Don’t be afraid!!!!!

Could not fault from the minute I went in the staff are extremely helpful and very caring. The surgeon was very caring also and explained the whole process. Would recommend. Thank You

I was refered to SpaMedica by my Optician on 6 June got a call from SpaMedica the next day to arange appointment for eye screening and surgery all done by 15 June. Excellent service from both clerical and medical staff Thankyou

From the opticians to the operation … Everyone was 1st class, no problems, they were very professional and very courteous, kind and make you feel relaxed ,they looked after everything for you, they explained what was going to happen at every stage .. you can ask as many questions as you like. Brilliant. Although I was nervous the staff put me at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. All steps of the procedure were fully explained and were painless.
