All staff encountered are courteous, friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean. Although they're dealing with quite a few patients each day they still take the time to deal with each person properly. I'm a bit of a coward when it comes to medical matters but the staff are so reassuring that all went well. The procedure itself is about 15 minutes and completely painless, but the end result is excellent, I have my vision back and everything is so crisp and clear!

Lovely place staff couldn't do enough to help excellent 👍 phone me a taxi and helped me in it getting offered drinks such lovely staff 😀

Amazing treatment from the pre op to the actual op,all staff very professional surgeon put me at ease, every where is gleaming spotless ! I have no worries going back for my second cataract to be removed can’t wait !!

My husband went for his second cataract op he has severe mental health problems the staff at spa medica were so kind and caring with him from the minute you walk in the door till you walk back out they are amazing every single member of staff they looked after him so well I just can’t thank them enough I would highly recommend anyone to go to spa medica because you are so well looked after the staff are just unbelievable

Kindness, efficiency, respect and expertise were shown to me both at the pre-op and the surgery. I would like to thank all the staff at Spamedica, Liverpool for making the experience positive when I was expecting it to be scary.
