The only criticism was the long delay on day of treatment but once appointment commenced it was professionalism all the way. Every step was explained in a friendly manner. Nurses were lovely and surgeon introduced herself before procedure. The cataract operation was wonderful. I actually enjoyed it ! Then given a goody bag with eye drops etc to take home.

Staff friendly, very welcoming. Quick and simple. Had 2 cataract ops here now. Would recommend. Not scary at all.

Every member of staff who had to deal with me was so very professional From arriving at the door to lying on the Op table I was never in doubt that I was in very skilled,very committed hands. All of them.Even the brochures are well thought through and helpful. You just know that the entire organisation knows what it is doing,what it endeavours to achieve.And does it all .Huge thank you to all. Surely this is how the NHS should be run.

From my assessment to my surgery I was looked after by so many caring people from the receptionists to the surgeon. Every member of staff was friendly helpful and gave me confidence in my treatment.

I was really nervous but was really put at ease by all the lovely staff. They are so nice and my operation was fantastic I didn't feel any pain, the surgeon was very calming, and made me feel really at ease. Did not take long, I would recommend this clinic to anybody who is feeling nervous, all staff are lovely, thank you

Very clean environment and very friendly staff. The Consultant who did the surgery put me at ease and explained everything. There was no pain and the results now are amazing. I have always been short sighted and now I don't have to wear glasses for distance just bought some ready readers for reading.

Appointment was 10 30,went in at 10 30 ,was out by 12 30 . Faultless procedure from beginning to end. Staff attentive at all times. Pain free operation.

Staff were friendly and very efficient, all areas extremely clean and the procedures where clearly explained. During the actual procedure I was made to feel comfortable and safe, it was painless and fast. The after care was explained thoroughly and I was looked after right through to leaving.

This was my second cataract operation and it was just as good as the first one. Lovely helpful people who put you completely at ease. Nothing too much trouble. The operation itself was over in no time, so quick.

Cannot fault Spa Medica Liverpool, very happy with the surgery and the staff who are efficient and caring. So glad I had the cataract surgery done and the referral was very fast.
