My elderly mother had her second cataract removal operation this month. The whole process from the optician referral to the appoint ment bookings ,the pre op discussions to the actual operations could not have been organized in better way. The whole process was very quick, well organized and efficient. The whole SpaMedica team were super professional and I can only thank you all.

Had my Cataract removed yesterday (1st April) and after a restful night, removed the clear plastic cover and started eye drops after cleaning the eye. Initially there was some discomfort and feeling of grittisness, however within 2 hours my vision was perfect. Great service from all at AspMedica.

I had cataracts in both eyes treated by SpaMedica Luton. I found the service to overall to be exemplary. The initial contact after my referral from Boots Opticians was very fast,an appointment set for 10 days later. My initial assessment was very professional and dealt efficiently with my questions. Both my surgeries were superb from the initial care by the pre op team to the professional and courteous manner of the surgeon and his team. Well done to all

I was referred by Boots Opticians for Cataract surgery on Saturday 22nd March and was given an appointment for assessment for Thursday 27th March. The whole process was carried out by extremely friendly staff and was booked in for eye surgery for the following week. Very impressed with the facilities at SpaMedica.

From my first appointment for the pre op to the actual day of operation, 8 days in all, the experience was very professional. The staff were all friendly and put me at ease about the operation itself. I was very apprehensive but I need not have worried. All went well. Free tea and biscuits were on offer if you wanted them. I couldn’t find fault with any aspect of the experience.

To have to have an operation on my eye was daunting for me but as it turned out totally unfounded. I found all the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. I was collected from my home and put at ease immediately. On arrival at the clinic I was given refreshments and the whole procedure went ahead without any problems . A big thank you to everyone involved.

Was taken to the waiting room, booked in & offered tea/coffee/biscuits. All staff were extremely polite & friendly, all facilities were lovely, clean & fresh. Everything from start to finish was explained clearly, felt @ ease & comfortable throughout the whole experience. Couldn't have asked for better care.

Referred for right eye cataract surgery 6 February and all completed by end of that month. Made to feel comfortable throughout procedure and staff very friendly. Had follow-up 4 April and everything good.
