After 4 weeks I went in for my left eye the doc didn't introduce himself then as I was lying there he told me to close my mouth what I found rude as I was nervous & was breathing then he didn't give me enough of the numbness medicine I could feel the instrument I moved I was so nervous I couldn't speak then he gave more thank god it went well after thart apart from they couldn't find the pellet in my eye that keep it open at the end nice staff but I think doctors need to be abit more friendly introduce themselves put patient at ease & give extra numbness especially if patient asked for it & has chronic pain also he nearly the doc cut near my cheekbone when making a cut& I thought my eyelash were gonna get stuck on the sticky cushion thing he dash under my eye could of done all these things with abit more care to he honest

The whole team were fantastic and eased any fears. The discharge was amazing to everyone. Checking if you were alright made time to speak to everyone and was very efficient. I have had two cataracts removed and on both occasion the team were fantastic. Thank you.

I attended for a cataract procedure on Thursday 10th July, I was delighted with the professionalism and help that all the staff gave me. It completely helped me with my nerves and I look forward to the next one! Thank you ever so much, Pat

Was made to feel very reassured from the first moment put me at my ease and explained the process thoroughly and proceeded at a pace I was comfortable with. What to expect in the following days was explained in detail and clear precise instructions for aftercare were detailed. I am 100% happy with the treatment I received and very impressed with the care and courtesy shown to me. I would no hesitation in recommending this clinic.

From the lovely man who greeted and checked me in at the door on arrival to the surgeon performing the surgery itself, everyone working at Spa Medica Manchester was helpful and courteous. Everything was clearly explained during the two visits and the questions I had were answered comprehensively so that I felt reassured that everything would go well, and it did. Many thanks.

I am very happy with the procedure and outcome. I would say that you feel like a number on a conveyor belt when you are actually having it done, but the nursing staff were great.

Had my eye op yesterday the staff were so lovely from the greeter & everyone who dealt with me apart from the nurse who discharge you she nice but I fell talks fast & rushed you & the doctor who did my catract I think could of been abit more recurring you when you nerves & stressing it is your eye at the end of the day they offer you refreshments nice & clean building would definely recommend it & before you go home should be offered a cuppa& to get yourself relax before you go but definely good place

Absolutely excellent service Rigorous assessments professionally executed at every stage The surgeon was first rate He was reassuring and consistently took time to gently focus the patient on their role during the procedure Support staff during both surgeries were totally professional and unobtrusive My request to have the same surgeon for the second procedure was accommodated without fuss The procedure was both thoroughly and rapidly executed Very impressive
