Many thanks to SpaMedica Manchester. A wonderful service from a friendly, helpful, professional team. I have had cataracts removed from both eyes, leaving me with excellent vision beyond my wildest dreams. Like most people, I was anxious about the operations, but the whole team put me at ease. Once again thank you.

I visited SpaMedica for my second eye cataract surgery on 26 April and am pleased to say the experience was just as good as in December for my first eye. From the pre assessment to the cataract surgery your wonderful staff made me feel at ease and kept me entertained whilst waiting for the procedure. I have thoroughly enjoyed my trips and needless to say my second eye is also bionic, hd ready and it is life changing. Truly magical people and process. Thank you all for looking after me x

From attending my first appointment to having my cataract done the service was impeccable. Polite, kind, thorough explanation given for each stage. Patient king was a bit hard as it is metering for a max of 3 hours but apart from that the venue was clean tidy.

From 11/2022 to 03/2023 I had in total 5 visits including 2 Cataract surgeries. On each visit I was treated by very friendly and professional people from the porter when I first entered to the receptionist on my last visit who showed me the way to a side entrance close to where my taxi was waiting.

Very quick and informative, made me feel at ease and very professional. Was pushed through very quickly due to my sight deteriorating rapidly, my sight has returned and I am able to go about my life independently again. Would highly recommend all staff very friendly and welcoming. Can not thank you enough

So pleased with my cataract surgery at Spa Medica. Has my second surgery three weeks ago and no longer need glasses apart from watching TV. Have been very shortsighted since the age of 13. This is like a miracle. I was initially terrified at the thought of eye surgery. But the whole experience was stress free, the staff were lovely. Very reassuring, informative professional and kind. Highly recommend.

All the staff from receptionist, nurses to surgeon were very polite, helpful and professional. I felt at ease even though I was anxious at first.

Thank you for your kind caring staff and service. I was treated with kindness and reassurance. I was asked about my health and medical issues to make certain I would be looked after. Everyone was very kind and even brought Tea and biscuits . A good positive experience.
