I was a little apprehensive and was immediately put at ease. Treatment was quick and absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful can’t thank them enough.

From first assessment on 28/8/24 to my eye surgery on the 30/8/24 couldn’t believe how quick my procedure was done . I was nervous when I went in but needn’t have been ,as everyone made you feel at ease nothing was to much trouble.The surgeon was very quick and put your mind at rest as he spoke to you.They must all enjoy their jobs as no one was miserable made you feel welcome .

The care I received was wonderful,the staff looked after myself with understanding and not once was I left in the dark about anything,couldn't have been more helpful.

From start to finish the service was excellent and the staff were really pleasent. In fact the staff enjoyed their jobs.

Outstanding in every aspect, presentation, friendliness, confidence, communication, performance. Particularly important considerations for an older patient. The reception staff offered friendly, helpful greeting. The induction review was efficient, friendly and offered comfort. The staff undertaking the actual treatment were obviously highly professional and efficient.

I would definitely recommend this place the staff were very professional and caring, I was very anxious about my procedure but the staff were very nice/caring and put me at ease so a big thank you to you all.

From entering till leaving I was treated like royalty thank you everybody I would recommend SpaMedica to everyone. I went in very scared came out relaxed thanks to everybody wow what lovely people
