As soon I arrived I was offered a cup of tea with a choice of biscuits!!! All the staff were very efficient and friendly. Did not have to wait too long and they ordered me a taxi home! What's not to like!!! Thanks so much.

I had 3 cancellations. Finally I was given the last appointment on a Saturday. The second op was hassle free. The outcome of the treatment is excellent.

Today was my second appointment for cataract surgery to be cancelled. Today’s surgery was cancelled 20 minutes before my appointment time. My husband and I had left my home at 7am - we live 60 miles away and had the prospects of driving in Storm Ashley. My sister who is familiar with the area was driving me to my early appointment when I received the call to say my surgery had been cancelled due to yet again there being no surgeon. This is unacceptable. When my first appointment was cancelled I had already paid for return train tickets and planned to stay with relatives for two days following surgery. Very very poor service- is this clinic viable?

Complications after cararact surgery - dropped in without appointment- dealt with very efficiently. All staff so friendly and accommodating.

First class premise equipment and staff unusual in this day and age The staff in particular were very special they were continua caring and very competent Looking forward to seeing them all again for my second cataract ! A credit to themselves and their firm

After my operation had a problem I rand them up and they made an appointment straight away. All nurses and doctors explained everything clearly

I cannot fault the treatment I received at the SpaMedica clinic. The process was very well organised from the initial assessment through to the removal of a cataract. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.
