I had pre assessment and operation all booked within a month. I was a bit anxious about having cataract removed. It's the best thing I had done. Eye were numbed and cataract removed within 20minutes. I was very relaxed once I was in theatre and all way through thanks to the surgeon. I'm looking forward to getting the other eye done.

The whole staff treat you like the most important person. Nothing is to much trouble :- from the moment you arrive to your departure. Staff treat you with respect. Each step is explained on a one to one basis carefully and precisely. The staff are friendly and professional throughout your treatment. I have worn Specticals since early childhood and since my surgery I can read without glasses for the first I can remember. The Cobalt Clinic is a place of Exclent Patient Care from Receptionist to Surgeon and all staff in between

I.came in for an assessment, and yesterday I had my operation for my cataract, I just want to say for my assessment and the actual operation everything was just amazing the staff, the reception area the actual operation, I just can't express how excellent the clinic is, thank-you everyone

I have had cataracts removed from both my eyes. The whole procedure from referral to discharge was excellent. The staff embraced professionalism and friendliness. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I attended SpaMedica for an assessment on 28th May 2024 and had my first cataract removed a week later. All of the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease particularly on the day of my operation.

Never had eye problem before and didn’t know what to expect. This clinic had outstanding staff who put me at ease from start to end of my visit. Received diagnosis and treatment plan to continue. They thoroughly looked at my case using scans etc. I needed treatment when I was there and I’d worried for nothing. No matter what you need treatment wise just go for it, completely pain free and quick. I have follow on appointment and look forward to seeing the nice staff again. They were so professional, experienced and informative.

I have had 2 operations to remove cataracts over the last 10 weeks; both operations went well. The centre was well organised, staff were helpful, refreshments were available. There were effective processes in place to ensure that I received the treatment I needed, however I did not receive much information about the whole process at the beginning; for instance I was not informed that the assessment appointment would last about 2 hours or what it would entail. There was information on the wall of the clinic which I found by accident. I was given a very useful booklet at the end of the assessment appointment - it would have been more helpful to have that beforehand. There was also useful information given after each operation as to what I needed to do.

My second op at SpaMedica Amazing people and an amazing outcome. All the staff put you completely at ease, from going to your assessment and then having your operation.

On arrival l was made very comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. I was extremely anxious and nervous. The nurses were wonderful to me and allayed my fears. The consultant surgeon was caring, considerate and explained everything in detail, giving me plenty of time to relax.

All staff that I came into contact with were both professional, friendly and efficient which gave a feeling of calm and a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent.
