I had both cataracts removed in January and March this year and can not praise the staff ( from the cleaner to the surgeon and everyone in between)for the care compassion cheerfulness and respect they show not just for the patients but to the companion the patients take with them.

Excellent service the staff were fantastic and looked after me well. Honestly could not have asked for more. Surgeon was really nice, felt confident and comfortable after consultation. Thank you all for looking after me.

Very well organised, clean and bright facility Good coffee and tea Nice to have colouring sheets while waiting during operation full explanation given at each stage, took away most of the anxiety Good, in depth post op care at home

Lovely facility, great welcome. All the staff were very friendly with smiles and lots of reassurance. The whole process went exactly to plan with explanations at every step. Would highly recommend to anyone planning to use this facility.

i had my first cataract done here and from the get go the service was amazing, staff were welcoming and friendly while being tottaly professional. felt at ease in a beautiful clean envirement

Excellent care and consideration put at ease from the minute you walk through the door. Staff absolutely fantastic friendly caring and was filled with confidence with their treatment.

Having been referred through my optician and my GP, I was contacted very quickly by SpaMedica and had an appointment the following Wednesday. This investigation was successful and it was agreed I have the cataract operation that Saturday morning. I have nothing but praise for all the staff, medical and support colleagues, who made the experience so positive. The environment was pleasant and friendly and the service very efficient and professional. Now, just a few days later, I feel a great improvement. Many thanks to the surgeon all others involved.

Just had my follow up appointment after having my cataract operation one month ago and I have to say from start to finish the care I received was first class it's wonderful to have your sight back.
