Was nervous about having my cataract done. The staff were so friendly and supportive made me feel at completely at ease. I have to have other eye done next year and not worrying about it at all

Very helpful staff all very positive ,very caring . Each stage of treatment explained very well . Nothing too much trouble , nothing to worry about.

What fantastic service, from having the assessment to the operation all the staff couldn't have been better, and what a lovely spotlessly clean clinic. I will have no qualms in going back to have my second eye done. Thank you Spa Medica team, Norwich.

The whole process was excellent from start to finish. Staff very helpful, friendly and courteous from reception right up to and including the surgeon. Looking forward to my second Cataract Operation and treatment. Outcome on the first is very impressive.I would recommend this process to anyone who is having problems with cataracts and to feel safe and secure at SpaMedica.

From my first visit to Spa Medica to having surgery was a pleasure. Every member of staff that I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional and really put me at ease. From the appraisals to the surgery everything was clearly explained to me.

I elected to use SpaMedica to treat my cataract. Both the initial assessment and the actual operation were taken care of in a very efficient way in very pleasant surroundings. All members of staff were polite and friendly. Everything was explained both before and after the procedure and the care couldn’t be faulted.

Extremely nervous about any eye operation, I was impressed by the advanced diagnostic machinery used and the clarity of the literature. Everything ran smoothly and painlessly on the day, and the Discharge Nurse not only convinced me I could actually succeed in putting the essential drops in my eyes post op. without shooting them everywhere, but also discussed the post op instructions in the light of my lifestyle, interests and how to cope when living alone. All the staff, including those at the front desk were very helpful. I won't be nervous next time.

A bright, clean and airy environment with easy access by car. The Staff very helpful and a very successful outcome to my cataract problem. Medical Staff I encountered were also excellent, also explaining the procedures. I have now, two months later had the second eye operated on and the outcome again has been excellent. Can't praise them enough.

First class service from start to finish. Staff so kind and friendly. Cleanliness is prevalent everywhere. Only had to wait five weeks from first consultation to having cataract surgery. Felt confident in the surgeon’s hands.
