I enquired about possible treatment on Wednesday. By Tuesday of the following week one eye is perfect! Amazing. I have worn glasses since I was 6 and paid thousands of pounds over the years with various glasses. Thank you so much.

Very thorough pre-assessment by a very competent team. From the start with the escorts on arrival to the tea and biscuits at the end made for an amazing experience. Everybody was highly professional, kind, helpful and caring. What a 'team' all working together. I have nothing but the highest praise for the professionalism with which I was treated by the surgical team led by a highly skilled surgeon. The supporting literature and the administration of the care and drops after surgery was all very clear and concise. Would 100% recommend.

Had my second cataract surgery yesterday and the experience was just as good as the first. Cannot find fault with any element of Spa Medica from the efficiency of the service, to the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. Everyone from the meet and greet through to the surgeon make you feel confident throughout the experience.

I had my first cataract surgery and was a little anxious as i did not know what to expect i was impressed by the professionalism of all the staff from the porters who check you in to the desk staff, the opthamologist, nurses, and surgeon. This really helps the anxiety and i felt comfortable waiting for the surgery. The operation was quick and the after care process was fully explained and i was allowed home. I can see why this clinic was recommended to me by my optician, im going to have to have a second cataract removed in future and it really helps to know how professional everyone at this clinic is.

The practice in Oldham is very well run in every way. Being met at the entrance by a very polite gentleman and then escorted to the first floor and the reception staff who then take over and give clear instructions for one to follow. All of this makes for a stress free environment which is always welcome in medical situations. After a short period in the waiting room the first of several visits to the dedicated staff commences with very professional individuals at every stage. All the stages are very well coordinated with little waiting time. When the operation time arrives the procedure is explained very well by the support staff before commencement and followed up by staff on completion of the operation. At this point the after care is explained and medication with instructions supplied. This is a very well run facility and the management have right to be very proud of all the staff involved, well done and thank you all.

Such friendly, kind, professional & caring staff who made my experience comfortable and positive. I was apprehensive about cataract surgery but their approach was reassuring and supportive as well as professional. Nothing was too much trouble, from the lovely porter at the entrance to the surgeon & his team, who picked up on my apprehension and talked to me throughout. The reception staff were welcoming too. What a lovely place with a fantastic group of people. Thank you so much to you all.

i had a second cataract operation on 28th of july 2024 the process lasted around 1 hour 20 mins . every member of staff was really nice i was not nervous or worried . every thing was again explained to me and every thing went well . surgery was for me well worth the discomfort : in 2 day i had unblurred vision in both eyes . I can not praise all the staff highly enough.

The staff at Spa Medica, were brilliant. They explained everything that was going to happen. The two gentlemen greeters made me feel so at ease from stepping in the complex, through the reception staff, nursing, optometrist and any other people I have missed. I felt as though I was the only one there and they were treating me alone. I would fully recommend Spa Medica for cataract treatment. Thank you everyone.
