On my two visits I was impressed with speed of service and friendliness from the front of desk team in getting me signed in and provision of drinks whilst waiting.

The staff are really kind and considerate, they keep you informed every step of the way. Everything was explained so a lay person can understand not medical jargon. Super service will happily go back for second cataract op.

A very excellent service from the administration team, the clinical personnel and the transport arrangements provided. I have happily recommended the process to my friends and acquaintances.

Cataract surgery on both eyes (one at a time). Really easy process, well organised. The site is clean and well organised. Parking is available. After care is good. Had an issue with dry eyes but the staff were very reassuring.

I was extremely nervous about this process but from entering the building I had a reassuring and caring experience. The procedure was very efficient. Extra thanks to the lovely young gentleman who greeted me, what an asset he is. I will hopefully return for the other eye soon, something I never thought I'd want to do.

I felt reassured every step of the way with their kindness. They made sure I felt comfortable and safe in their hands throughout the cataract procedure and afterwards, made me a cup of tea. 👍 much appreciated . Great place.

I was assessed on 19 September and had surgery on 23 September. Now that is quick. The surgery took about 20 minutes and I was well looked after.
