Abbasoluetly professional from beginning to end. I was apprehensive (scared) but my fears and trepidation were allayed by all and sundry. Would 'deffo' recommend SpaMedica (Peterborough) to anybody who is need of ocular surgery !!

Attended for my first Cataract removal operation after an excellent preliminary visit.Very friendly staff, good communication and efficient system. Impossible to fault. Follow up arrangements excellent.

Initial contact by phone very quick and very efficient, presurgery assessment very thorough conducted with kindness and consideration 😀 actual day of surgery thorough explanation and very professionally carried out.

Fantastic place so quick and efficient and the staff are amazing Cateract surgery performed within 8 days of referral. The staff are all so friendly and kind Surgery preforned 4 days after consultation appointment On day of surgery called in on the exact time on appointment everything is so organised and everything is explained very well

Seen at short notice after cataracts diagnosis by optician. Very thorough assessment appt. Great staff and equipment The actual procedure followed 2 days later and went smoothly. Again staff were "spot on

From the first phone call to the discharge, the welcome , politeness and expertise couldn’t be better. The atmosphere was perfect and made my experience comfortable.

Service was great and fast. Provided treatments after surgery. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was free which is helpful.

I'm 45 and I have 2 cataract operations, Both also needed post op appointments so I had 4 appointments at spamedica Peterborough, my 1st cataract operation was January 2024 and the 2nd was March 2024 all I can say is that I had an outstanding experience, My first cataract operation I was very nervous ,I did had medication to relax me and there was one member of staff that was so helpful kind and reassuring. At my second catarct operation obviously I knew what was coming so I wasn't worried at all I didn't need any medication to relax, and it was quite nice to see that the member of staff that reassured me at my first operation was actually now training in the surgery and that was so nice to see a familiar face. It's a great practice and fantastic care and support.
