The treatment for my two cataract surgeries have been excellent. Very good explanations at all stages of the treatment. All the staff were all so kind and caring and made one feel very safe and in capable hands at all stages. Recovery was almost instant with no after effects. I will highly recommend Spa Medica to anyone in the future. Thank you to

Fantastic staff who can't help enough,quick and efficient from start to finish and always happy to help over the phone if any advice is needed,5 star rating from me! The cataract surgery went quickly and the staff were very patient

All Spa Medica staff were superb throughout. Reassuring, professional, and informative at the assessment clinic and during the surgical experience. The above supported by clear and helpful literature. Thank you again to my surgeon and team.

My experience at Spa Medica, was great relief. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The operation went well and everywhere was scrupulously clean. Also free parking. Thank you to all the staff.

Both eyes operated on for cataract summer 2024 at Poole. Previous short sight corrected, long sight now good and clear. No discomfort after operations. Staff friendly and helpful, if (understably given the throughput) sometimes lacking personal touch. Let us see what happens as time goes on.

After tedious assessment the surgery experience was outstanding. I was fortunate to have an experienced and efficient consultant surgeon coupled with a very good supporting team of nurses,etc. I had one cataract op 10 years ago and this one seemed far better both in terms of time ( 90minutes) and without problem afterwards - although one 2 days into the eye drop routine

Well organised practice. Very pleasant staff in every department. Very helpful and explanatory at every point of the treatment. Very clean surroundings. Finding the building was a bit difficult for some I spoke to. The sign could be missed due to the building being on a potentially busy road.

Having been previously assessed, today I had the laser treatment. From the lovely porter who greeted us to all the staff,reception, nursing and medical staff, it was all a pleasant experience. Efficient, kind and professional my treatment could not be bettered Thank you so much.
