After tedious assessment the surgery experience was outstanding. I was fortunate to have an experienced and efficient consultant surgeon coupled with a very good supporting team of nurses,etc. I had one cataract op 10 years ago and this one seemed far better both in terms of time ( 90minutes) and without problem afterwards - although one 2 days into the eye drop routine

Well organised practice. Very pleasant staff in every department. Very helpful and explanatory at every point of the treatment. Very clean surroundings. Finding the building was a bit difficult for some I spoke to. The sign could be missed due to the building being on a potentially busy road.

Having been previously assessed, today I had the laser treatment. From the lovely porter who greeted us to all the staff,reception, nursing and medical staff, it was all a pleasant experience. Efficient, kind and professional my treatment could not be bettered Thank you so much.

I writing on behalf of my wife, who unfortunately has Alzheimer’s, the whole experience was amazing and her condition was taken into consideration all the way through the Assessment and Surgery, a nurse even held her hand throughout the operation knowing that she was very nervous. Her eye is healing nicely after the 4th day of the eye drops. The Person Centred Care was exceptional from all members of staff throughout the whole process. Thank you everybody at SpaMedica Poole for taking great care of my wife. 👍🏼👍🏼

Over the past 3 months I've had cataracts removed from both eyes. The whole experience was excellent. Wonderfully reassuring & comforting surgeon and staff. Very professional and efficient. I couldn't have asked for better.

Words can hardly convey the efficient and caring team at Spa Medica. Everyone was helpful and cheerful putting their many patients at ease. How reassuringly the Surgeon explained exactly what he was doing during the cataract op. Fully recommend

The whole procedure from greeting though to departure was very professional, but always backed with personal caring and consideration. Surgery was quick, but showed understanding. Excellent attitude shown by the surgeon and his theatre team. Throughout the whole visit, everyone at SpaMedica was supportive.

The experience began with a kind and punctual driver, then every NHS employee I met all day was doing a grand job, putting us at our ease and carrying out their tasks with care and efficiency. I have no complaints at all.

Very friendly efficient service on each visit . Reception staff excellent and even got me a drink and made me feel at ease . All the staff kept me informed of what would be needed and what to expect at every stage of both my cataract surgeries and after care when there was a problem extremely good Thank you all
