I had my second eye cataract surgery at Spamedica Romford and once again I am very grateful for the excellent service provided. The staff is very professional and friendly and they made me feel less anxious about the surgery,they explained every step of the process and made feel valued. Spamedica offers high quality care for their patients and I am very thankful for the great vision I have now.

Very friendly and professional staff, made me feel very relaxed, I have had both eyes done, did not worry about revisiting the clinic, easy to find in Romford.

The nursing staff were fantastic, made you feel at ease and that you were the only person they had seen today. Patient and kind. The doctor could learn from them he was like a robot walked through the door it felt like he pressed start on his record message then walked out, didn’t make me feel he had the time or interest in me. I know he has probably done lots of procedures today but at that moment I was the only one that mattered to me, a little human reaction goes a long way. Thank you to all the staff for your care and consideration

Had appointment and cataract surgery at the hospital. Staff polite. The nurse who who checked me in was very calming as I was anxious and put me at my ease

I had cataract surgery for the first time yesterday, my apprehension to having this done was well misplaced. From the moment I entered the hospital,I found the receptionist right up to surgeon doing my procedure so friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me which was nice. The procedure itself was over and done so quickly. I'm now actually looking forward to getting the other eye sorted. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough. If you're having cataract surgery pick this one!
