First class establishment with friendly efficient staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at ease. All the facilities are spotlessly clean. There is an overall air of efficiency and professionalism which cannot be faulted. My experience was for a cataract operation which was as pleasant as such an operation could be.

Your staff at the sittingbourne branch was second to none they put me at ease and explained as they went along with the operation I have had both eyes done now and would recommend this procedure and the company to friends and family well done and a big thank you from me

After having to wait 2years for a referral I contacted my surgery who sent a referral to spa medica within a couple of months I had an appointment for one eye to get done a month or so after that I had the other eye done. If it hadn’t been for the fact that I was having radiotherapy for my cancer treatment I would have had this last appointment a month ago. However I have had it done and I am delighted to have been told that everything is okay.the surgeons were exemplary and professional as were all of the other staff. Thank you all for making my experience a great experience ,professionalism at its very best. Thank you once again for everything.

Everyone very kind and understanding made me feel as relaxed as possible. Dr explained everything patiently and plainly in a way I could understand. Very reassuring felt as though I was in good hands.

Staff are first class, professional and friendly. I have only one suggestion and that is to provide free wi-fi for the benefit of both staff and patients. The signal in the building is poor and with the considerable waiting periods it is annoying not to be able to use the internet. Other than that the experience is outstanding.

As I e already stated I can see clearly now having had both eyes operated on within 5 weeks. The treatment I received was first class and couldn't be faulted in any way, the staff were excellent in every respect, from the cleaning Lady getting everyone teas & coffee to the surgeons who operated.i would recommend Spa Medica to anyone
