I visited for a cataract consultation and surgery. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The staff made me feel welcome and at ease.

My whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. All the staff were very welcoming and attentive and I was guided every step of the way. Tea/ coffee and biscuits was offered at regular intervals. I cannot recommend SpaMedica enough .

I was a little apprehensive about the procedure but as soon as I entered the reception, the staff were so friendly and reassuring I was soon at ease. This attitude continued with each of the people I came into contact with and after the procedure I wondered why I was so worried. Now looking forward to the other eye being sorted.

In both the pre op assessment and the operation itself all those involved were extremely professional and caring. Everything was fully explained and the procedures thorough.
