Very helpful staff, made me feel at ease. The whole day went smoothly, very happy with the outcome. I was very impressed with everything especially the cleanliness.

After having to wait 2years for a referral I contacted my surgery who sent a referral to spa medica within a couple of months I had an appointment for one eye to get done a month or so after that I had the other eye done. If it hadn’t been for the fact that I was having radiotherapy for my cancer treatment I would have had this last appointment a month ago. However I have had it done and I am delighted to have been told that everything is okay.the surgeons were exemplary and professional as were all of the other staff. Thank you all for making my experience a great experience ,professionalism at its very best. Thank you once again for everything.

Everyone very kind and understanding made me feel as relaxed as possible. Dr explained everything patiently and plainly in a way I could understand. Very reassuring felt as though I was in good hands.

Staff are first class, professional and friendly. I have only one suggestion and that is to provide free wi-fi for the benefit of both staff and patients. The signal in the building is poor and with the considerable waiting periods it is annoying not to be able to use the internet. Other than that the experience is outstanding.

As I e already stated I can see clearly now having had both eyes operated on within 5 weeks. The treatment I received was first class and couldn't be faulted in any way, the staff were excellent in every respect, from the cleaning Lady getting everyone teas & coffee to the surgeons who operated.i would recommend Spa Medica to anyone

Staff proffesional,understanding,kind and caring. Operation was painless, quick. Aftercare explained thoroughly. No problems whatsoever. My eyesight has improved 100%. My only wish is that i hadn't been so nervous and had it done sooner!

I have had both cataracts done at this practice and from the moment you arrive I was looked after you so well, explaining everything to me as I went go through each stage of my treatment, everyone is very courteous and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs which put me at ease . I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone requiring cataract surgery.

All appointments were on time. All staff very pleasant and helpful with offers of hot or cold drinks and biscuits. On the operation side, the experience was wonderful and no pain. My second op was the same except the surgeon was a bit heavy handed,no pain but I think he was used to patients being fully anaesthetised. Aftercare was brilliant. Thank you all.
