I cannot recommend SpaMedica Solihull highly enough. I turned up for my operation by mistake on the wrong day and they could not of been more accommodating. They managed to fit me in that day and every member of staff I encountered made the experience as pleasant as possible.

From the moment you step through the door all the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Like most I was very apprehensive about the treatment I was going to receive. The doctor who was carrying out the procedure was very careful to explain exactly what was going to happen and all the way through the actual procedure he explained each step and constantly asked if I was ok. The whole procedure was very much less traumatic than I had feared.

Have had pre-op and cataract removed, both appointments were very quick to make, no long waiting list. There is a bit of sitting and waiting for the medication to take affect, but the staff are really pleasant, couldnt be more helpful. The pre-op procedure was efficient, detailed, made you feel confident. The operation itself was OK, again really pleasant people.

Escorted a friend with Dementia to clinic. Staff friendly and welcoming Refreshments available in reception Our waiting time was delayed by 40mins but staff did apologise During a little coughing spell a staff member passing by kindly arranged for some water. This was appreciated.

Met by a very welcoming gentleman, ease of booking in. The staff in pre operation and theatre staff were excellent. I cannot thank the surgeon enough. Clear information provided including during procedure which really helped me. My outcome day 1 is excellent with vision improved.

I had a cataract surgery and I am amazed how in 15 minutes my world changed. I was unable to see anything with my right aye and now I can see better than ever. Thank to highly professional and very friendly staff of SpaMedica for the excellent job they have done!

I was very apprehensive when I arrived for my eye surgery, but as soon as I was taken through the door, I was reassured at each step of the procedure. The staff are so kind and helpful, reassuring me throughout the whole pleasurable experience. I would like to thank each member of the team for their individual specialist care and attention.

Good all round service and excellent outcomes.All staff were extremely helpful and friendly .The gentleman welcoming you was very nice ,making you feel relaxed and even getting a drink for you .Thank you very much.A pain free experience,!
