Escorted a friend with Dementia to clinic. Staff friendly and welcoming Refreshments available in reception Our waiting time was delayed by 40mins but staff did apologise During a little coughing spell a staff member passing by kindly arranged for some water. This was appreciated.

Met by a very welcoming gentleman, ease of booking in. The staff in pre operation and theatre staff were excellent. I cannot thank the surgeon enough. Clear information provided including during procedure which really helped me. My outcome day 1 is excellent with vision improved.

I had a cataract surgery and I am amazed how in 15 minutes my world changed. I was unable to see anything with my right aye and now I can see better than ever. Thank to highly professional and very friendly staff of SpaMedica for the excellent job they have done!

I was very apprehensive when I arrived for my eye surgery, but as soon as I was taken through the door, I was reassured at each step of the procedure. The staff are so kind and helpful, reassuring me throughout the whole pleasurable experience. I would like to thank each member of the team for their individual specialist care and attention.

Clear understanding of all the processes before and during surgery for cataracts with very attentive staff which made you comfortable throughout. With great results after surgery.

Good all round service and excellent outcomes.All staff were extremely helpful and friendly .The gentleman welcoming you was very nice ,making you feel relaxed and even getting a drink for you .Thank you very much.A pain free experience,!

I have attended this clinic twice, pre op assessment and yesterday a cataract removed. Each time I attended I found everyone I dealt with perfect, caring, considerate, helpful, pleasant there is nothing I can say bad about my experience. I also include the driver in this review.

I was very anxious about having the procedure, however I was welcomed by a wonderful man who was so nice and caring and had amazing patient care. Everything was so well organised which made me feel at ease. All the staff I came in contact with were so supportive and friendly.

This date was for my second cataract I found this practice to be excellent in overall four visits. On each occasion everyone was pleasant and caring and may I say stuck to the arranged times. Thank you for all you have done for me.
