All the staff were kind, re-assuring and efficient. My care was excellent and my vision is amazing so thanks to everyone who restored my gift of clear sight. It is truly an amazing thing you all do and so thank you seems too little to express my gratitude, but really, Thank you Everyone.

From the start everything ran like a well oiled machine! Welcoming confidence giving staff from reception to theatre, drinks offered and questions answered. Totally reassured about having the second cataract operation.

This service demonstrate that the NHS-private partnership works. Rather than waiting for 12 months to have cataract surgery at the local NHS hospital I chose to take a much shorter route by travelling to the mainland, and it was well worth it. From assessment to having the surgery done the whole process was straightforward and went smoothly. The building was modern, clean, well laid out, and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and did their best to put you at ease. The process on surgery day went to timetable and was carried out efficiently. An added bonus was being able to take advantage of the SpaMedica minibus and it's friendly driver which picked myself and several other up from the ferry port, transported us to the hospital, and then returned us back to the ferry port after our procedures. I am writing this review the morning after, and I am pleased to say that my eye feels a lot better then I expected. A job well done SpaMedica Southampton.

Most friendly, caring, calming, reassuring staff from reception to surgeons nothing too much trouble. Excellent clean facilities and very efficient service. The day after surgery was incredible, I couldn’t believe the improvement it’s life changing for me. Looking forward to having my other eye done now. Thankyou to everyone at Spa Medica,Southampton

Excellent service, from being picked up at the red jet through to the being seen at the hospital. Very kind efficient helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
