Great all round service from start to finish. Lovely clean hospital with friendly attentive staff who soon put me at ease before my surgery. Everything was explained to me at every step of the way and at the end of the phone if I had a query. I would recommend this practice to anyone wishing to have cataract surgery.

From arrival, the reception staff, nursing team and surgeon were all very welcoming and looked after me throughout. Despite a minor paperwork issue from the Pre Op (that was quickly resolved), and an unavoidable delay, my experience is nothing but positive. Today is the morning after my procedure and I can not believe how good my vision is after a night of very minimal discomfort. Thank you to all the team.

Despite an avoidable mechanical delay this was, in all, a very pleasant experience. The staff were warm, friendly and reassuring throughout. The delay caused by the mechanical failure was more than compensated for. My thanks to the whole team.

My previous review should read UNavoidable !!!! Sorry. I can only repeat what I've said about my experience at SpaMedic Swindon. and perhaps add that this was my second experience of cataract surgery and that this second experience far outweighed the first.

Having previously had one eye treated at a private hospital I found that the treatment provided by SpaMedica was by far superior to what I received privately. Staff were welcoming and efficient.
