I have now attended this hospital four times and the level of patient care and service has been outstanding on each occasion. Follow up visits including the second operation were arranged remarkably quickly and with excellent efficiency. Explanations are clear and reassurances provided where needed. The day after my second operation I am deighted with the outcome. My thanks to all involved in providing this service to people like myself.

Very efficient system and staff reassuring, friendly and helpful. Very clean and always someone cleaning chairs, doors etc. I felt very safe.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, I was able to book both appointments for my own convenience, all the staff were excellent and the outcome was very successful, I would recommend anyone to use this facility for a cataract operation

After having 2 cataract removal operations this year, I would like to say what a superb team they are at Spa Medica. Everyone from the driver who provided transport, through the staff at reception and the entire medical support team and operating crew were caring, meticulate and supportive throughout. Like anyone I was slightly anxious about these procedures but need not have worried as it was a seamless and great experience and I want them all to know what a wonderful job they are doing. Thank you so much.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience. Professional and attentive staff throughout, spotlessly clean, well maintained premises, and only a two week wait between my assessment and the surgery. Plus, the results are amazing! I would recommend SpaMedica to anyone needed cataract treatment through the NHS.

I just had to write a review regarding the incredible service I was given at Spamedica Taunton as I was so impressed. On entering the reception which was immaculately clean as was everywhere I entered I was greeted with a lovely friendly welcome. Everyone I saw at my Pre-op and on the day of my surgery were so friendly, professional and explained everything so well. The Surgeon was also so friendly, highly professional, with excellent care and extremely thorough and explained everything in such detail and my operation went incredibly well. I left feeling what an amazing experience I had just received. Absolutely brilliant I would definitely highly recommend Spamedica Taunton. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end, the speed from initial contact to surgery was great. Staff are supportive and caring, the premises clean and modern. I have one observation, by no means a complaint when unavoidable delays occur it would be useful to be kept informed of any changes to expected delays. I have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica.

Thank you to all staff at Sparmedica on both visits from my assessment to the day of the operation,a special thank you must go to Dr who assisted me he is exceptional and a highly recommended Surgeon, he communicated every step in detail. A special thank you to the nurses your care and attention was amazing from start to finish. The clinic was so neat and clean and a thank you to the gentleman at Reception that welcomes you when you arrive and ensures you are served with something to drink and snack on he is so cheerful. Overall Exceptional.
