From the receptionist to the post op nurse everyone was friendly and helpful and helped me overcome my nerves. The whole process was complete and I was on my way home in just over an hour. It could not have been better

The whole process flows and does not not involve long periods of waiting. All staff were professional and reassuring.

What a great place to go,excellent service throughout .The staff were so caring throughout, talked me through every step of my treatment. Definitely worth a five star rating 👌. Could not fault one thing,well done.

Regarding me recent treatment at Spa Medica in Telford: There is a short waiting time for appointments. The staff are friendly, informative and ready to answer questions. The site is convenient for parking and public transport.

After a follow up with Traqs (I had to chase them!) the service from Spamedica was quick and efficient. I was able to book a preoperative appt within 2 weeks. That appt was slick and quick and confirmed a cataract replacement would be suitable. I was given a selection of dates within the next couple of weeks. On the day again everything was quick and efficient and I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. The thought of the procedure is far worse than the actual procedure itself. Assuming I need the other eye doing I will definately use Spamedica again.

Excellent service provided by friendly and professional staff, my one eye has been completed and I'm looking forward to the other one to be done now, completely stress free from the start to the finish of the procedure
