Sincere thanks to SpaMedica for my care. The Professionalism is second to none throughout, together with expertise and being so friendly. It runs like clockwork and I think that the NHS Trusts would do well to visit and see how the the NHS could be run. Sheer diligence, not forgetting the lady that does the cleaning! The place is spotless. Thank you SpaMedica for my vision and bright eyes!

Wonderfull staff this was my second visit and the staff putt me at ease answered all my questions and looked after me 100per cent cant find any negatives Regards Allan.

I had an Excellent experience at the Clinic. The Doctors, Nurses and Support Staff were all friendly, helpful, kind and courteous. They gave me good advice before and after the operations. The paperwork, leaflets and electronic communications were also helpful. Easy to find and park the car.

I attended Spa medica on the 29.01.25 for a second cataract removal. Initially it was a very long wait, which I think could be improved upon. The building itself is modern, spotlessly clean and the facilities are second to none. The staff from the cleaner to the surgeon are all amazing. Very professional, friendly, helpful,clean and smart. The information I was verbally given was precise, understandable and clear. The procedure was just as the surgeon explained and it didn't take long. Afterwards, a nurse thoroughly in plain terms explained the aftercare and what was needed to care for the eye. She gave me a bag containing a book regarding the after cataract surgery, swabs,drops and a chart to fill in after administering the drops. I can honestly say it was like being in a private hospital (I use to have private care). All in all fantastic! A big thank you to all the staff. Well done spa medica!

I’ve had both my cataract operations here , first one last year in November and 2nd eye Tuesday 7th January , I was very nervous the first time ,but right through from reception staff to theatre staff and surgeon , I was treated really well and want to thank you all . The practice is spotlessly clean and runs smoothly . Thank you.

I had my 2nd cataract operation on 2nd December. There is nothing that can be improved. I have had my pre-op, and both eyes done, and cannot praise the staff enough. The place is spotless, everyone is so friendly and put you at ease. I would recommend the Telford clinic to anyone who needs eye surgery. Thank you to everyone there, what a brilliant team.

I took my mum for her second cateract surgery today, everyone was so helpful and kind and put her at ease, the place is spotless, I'd like to thank all the staff your all brilliant.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service I received was brilliant. I didn't have to wait very long and the operation only lasted about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
