From walking into the clinic, me, my husband and friends who took us, were given a really friendly welcome. Really nice biscuits and drinks were offered. We commented on the cleanliness if the clinic. All the staff, at my pre op, and at my cataract surgery day, were informative; explaining the procedure, which was painless. The discharge nurse provided all the meds, verbal and written instructions, all in a recyclable Spamedica bag. The icing on the cake; a free Spamedica pen. Before leaving, I was offered a date for my post op, for 5 weeks later.

Staff were polite and caring and very efficient. As soon as I walked into reception there was someone there to look after me. Timing was absolutely spot on

Really happy with the service provided all staff were professional and lovely. Procedures were fully explained to me at every stage. Lovely clean and bright rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding impeccable service and extremely efficient. Can’t speak highly enough of the practice.

Thorough pre op assessment with surgery the following week. All areas very clean and bright, and all members of staff were welcoming friendly and reassuring

Calm atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, convenient, well staffed and very well equipped. Whole experience calmed my nerves and gave me confidence in their professionalism and expertise.

I arrived uncertain of what to expect I was made to fell at ease by friendly faces and a cup of coffee. The procedure was explained to me and at each step a check was made to confirm it was me and the correct eye was to be operated on From start to finish very professional but very friendly Nothing was to much trouble for this excellent team

Great experience, no pain, no discomfort, no after effects. I wasn't sure what to expect during the procedure but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of all staff and medical practitioners. They should all be congratulated. Thank you, now I am looking forward to my next procedure on my other eye.

All the staff were so polite, friendly & put me at ease from start to finish. I was told each step of the procedure & given a very informative brochure of what I could & couldn't do after surgery.
