From the moment I walked to exiting after my operation each and every member of staff was friendly and welcoming. Explaining at each stage what would happen. I didn’t feel any pain at all, very slight pressure which you are told about. This pressure was not bad at all.

The staff were all extremely professional, friendly, helpful and kind. Everything was done at both visits to lessen any anxiety and explain the procedure clearly, keeping me informed throughout my visits.

A well organised setup and practice. All the staff were polite, efficient and comforting. I was a bit worried about the eye operation, I was made to feel at ease. It was painless and I was well cared for and talked through everything and made to feel at ease throughout. I would advise any patient to attend Spa Medica at Truro without any hesitation. Thank you, especially to the top eye surgeon, and theatre staff. They were amazing!

The clinic seems well equipped and most of the staff are welcoming and friendly. However this did not extend to either of the consultants I saw preop and for the operation. My complication was having had laser surgery but the preop consultant said it was up to me whether to go ahead, no real advice about whether it would be ok to wait. At every stage I had to reiterate I had had laser surgery, even at the just before surgery stage where the consultant had to find out if they had the correct lens. Then the pressure on my eye during surgery was almost unbearable - I had been assured it should be pain free. The pressure was reduced from 100% to 60% but still painful and traumatic. 11 days later I still can't see clearly.

From start to finish, I was made to feel welcome, listened to and the results of the surgery by the conultant and the rest of the team are just magnificent.

A very well organised setup. All the staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Although I was initially a bit concerned about the eye operation, it was all pretty painless I felt well cared for, throughout. I would advise any patient to attend Spa Medica at Truro without any reservations. My eyesight is much clearer in the eye that was operated on, so it was all round very successful. Many thanks, especially to the top eye surgeon, and theatre staff.

just had my second eye cataract done a week ago at the same practice as last year yet again it went perfectly good with excellent staff giving me a perfect experience how good the surgery could not be stressful and be at ease with everything top marks for all the staff

I am pleased to say that my experience was first class. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment .The medical staff were kind and very efficient . I found everything about my treatment excellent. No complaints whatsoever.
