I found all of the staff friendly, reassuring and very professional. On arrival I felt very nervous and anxious but was quickly reassured that all was well. Thanks to all.

From the first moment I entered the clinic, I was impressed with the very helpful and friendly front of house staff, to the downstairs and upstairs reception team who were both courteous and respectful at every visit, to the clinical staff who carried out the various tests always professional and empathetic to the patient's needs. To the optometrists who explained everything and were always reassuring. To the wonderful surgeon who gave me a clearer version of the world, I always felt safe and confident in your very capable hands. On my last visit from the receptionist clinical staff and the consultant opthalmologist, once again a very successful and competent appointment. Thank you all.

I think it was a lovely clinic it was very nice and clean everything good.the surgeon was wonderful I am happy with the new eyes I have nor.Everyone was kind and caring They have changed my world now I can see with both eyes .I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff

Facility was immaculately clean and well presented. All staff were courteous and could not have been more helpful. Procedure was straightforward and easy.

Excellent staff, very polite, kind, very helpful, and very understanding. I was treated like a prince. Treated well. Still early age after cataract operation but feeling great. I feel like a new man now. Really appreciated. Thanks a millions.

First eye op quick and painless even though it was the eye that needed mist attention. Second eye I had a learner overseen by surgeon and it was longer and very painful. I was told beforehand but didn’t expect the ineptitude. Very disappointed considering this eye should have been easier. He kept pressing on my nose so I couldn’t breathe not a good experience. If the first one was as uncomfortable I would never have had the second one done.

Very friendly and welcoming staff . They were all happy and seemed to be enjoying their jobs . I was there for about two and a half hours and was made to feel welcomed and looked after . It was a better experience than I thought it would be . At each stage everything was explained and I was given the opportunity to ask questions . I was appreciative as you would be but I was put at my ease at each stage . Busy place . One comment is that some info for waiting relatives and friends just to inform them of waiting times etc . Not everyone lives close enough to go away and come back . Coffee and biscuits is good and was offered at various times during the waiting process .
