This place is amazing the staff are caring, thoughtful and helpful. The clinic is run like clockwork and everything is timed to perfection. No hanging around just get on with the job and over with in no time

Far and away the most satisfactory medical experience I have ever experienced! On time, spotless facility, cheerful and obviously very professional staff using up to date equipment. And a cheerful nerve settling greeter - I called him the warden! - which made introduction to the procedure so comforting. One I think is always so concerned about their eyes and this experience was just wonderful. And most important, the surgery successful and my eyesight restored so well!

From the assessment to the eye surgery total satisfaction . So precise with information with regards to procedure giving me peace of mind. I am now waiting ASAP for my second eye to be done.having just had post surgery clearance It all went exactly as I was told so I can honestly say it was all beyond my expectations .

After my recent visit I was so impressed with service from being greeted at entrance to hospital doctors and nurses. Very caring make you feel totally at ease. So would recommend this practice to anyone.

Everyone was so kind and helpful was such an encouragement to be met by professional people who explained everything very clearly hospital visits can be rather daunting to many but not here excellent service well done everyone

Delightful experience, this is the way all Nhs providers should work. Friendly, efficient and accommodating. Everything is explained as the procedure progresses and it is quick! No hanging around for 8 or 9 months for an operation, I was referred in May and discharged today 11th August having had separate cateract operations on each eye. Thank you Spamedica for a great job.

Appointment time was kept right to the minute. each person I spoke to was on time. The surgery took les than ten minutes and was very successful.
