Although there was a delay with the appointments the staff were very apologetic but we all got our appointments done. Waiting for my next appointment. A well run clinic.

Excellent service - cataract operations Fast and efficient - 2 weeks from referral through pre op assessment and operation completed Staff friendly and professional Wonderful experience.

I feel so fortunate to have been able to access this service on the Wirral. No complaints. All the staff I encountered were helpful, informative and reassuring. The availability of appointments meant operations for both cataracts could be completed much quicker than I expected. The surgery was painless. After the first operation I was certainly not anxious about the second. I had to contact SpaMedica on a couple of occasions in relation to a problem with eye drops but it was all sorted very quickly to my satisfaction and I was kept informed every step of the way. Thank you to all the staff - brilliant!

I had a Cataract removed, all my fears were allayed by the staff at initial assessment, the actual surgery was quick and painless with a great result. I was well informed, well cared for and extremely happy with the process from referral by my optician to completion of the surgery and post operative care. I really did not realise how easy it all would be and what a great result it would have!

A very professional and friendly service. Everything fully explained to me. The surgery only took about 15 minutes and the surgeon informed me what he was doing at each stage of the procedure. Afterwards it was a bit painful for the rest of the day but the day after things had started to settle down and it felt much better. Eye sight has improved tremendously so thank you very much.

I visited the clinic for an assessment one week and was booked for surgery the following week. All the staff were very friendly and they explained clearly what was going to happen in surgery. The actual eye surgery only took 15 minutes and I felt no discomfort during the surgery. I was sent home with a shield over my eye and told to leave it on overnight. The repaired eye felt gritty that evening and was watering a lot. The next morning I took off the shield and applied the recommended eye drops. The repaired eye was then much better and my vision was fantastic. I now have to wait 3 to 4 weeks before going to have post assessment. I would highly recommend the practice to everyone who requires cataract surgery.

I had two cataract operations at St Caths. I found the whole process from start to finish extremely smooth and was pleased with the whole experience. The staff were polite, kind, courteous and helpful.

From opticians to cataract surgery I cannot fault the professional service received from SpaMedica a very welcoming experience. From booking in at reception every stage of my treatment was clearly explained making it a very relaxing experience. Looking forward to my next visit for treatment on my other eye they make the whole experience relaxing and reassuring.
