On arriving at Spa Medica you are dealt with immediately and efficiently. The staff there are warm and friendly and extremely helpful. All the staff I saw did everything to put you at ease. Explaining everything that is going to happen . After the op which was quick and painless you are given a booklet and a nurse explains how you must proceed for the next few weeks. I admit I was quite apprehensive about the whole procedure but feel a lot more confident about having the 2nd eye done. The difference in the eye I've had done is amazing. The only down side is I can see I have more wrinkles than I realized and the paintwork at home needs freshening up. Well done Spa medica . Thank you so much

From initial consultation to the actual procedure the staff both surgical and administration where friendly informative and very friendly, made to feel very comfortable will definitely recommend

As an extremely nervous patient I was greeted with lovely friendly staff.My initial assessment was calm and I felt at ease from the first member of staff that I saw.The day of the procedure came through very promptly and was also dealt with quite quickly. My Surgeon and his team were fantastic I can't thank them enough and my eyesite is better now than ever. Many thanks Spa Medica.

Spamedica staff made us welcome as soon as we arrived, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, each part of the process was very professionally carried out by each team member, i totally would and already have been recommending Spamedica to friends and family, thankyou all again.

I recently had a cataract removed from my right eye and I couldnt have been in any better hands. From reception to the nurses and doctors it was a very professional and friendly hospital. The actual eye operation only took 15 mins and I didnt feel any pain. I wished I'd had it done earlier. The difference is amazing. I shall be going back soon to have my left eye cararact removed soon. I cant stress enough to anyone who needs this operation, just dont hesitate its really one of the most painless procedures to have and to be able to restore your vision back to its original condition is marvellous. I dont have to wear my glasses now to drive or watch tv. Marvellous treatment.

From when I had my pre op, to the day I had my cataract op, all members of staff were amazing, helpful and caring, so thanks to all of you for making it a smooth stress free experience.

I was very pleased that SpaMedica contacted me only 4 weeks after my referral, after having waited 15 months for the local NHS hospital, with no joy. My YAG capsulotomy took place a couple of months after the initial consultation and my eyesight has improved a great deal. The clinic staff were all friendly and welcoming, and I felt confident that I was in good hands. The facilities at the clinic are modern, clean and bright, and there is adequate car parking. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
